Which areas does Aurelia Security cover?
Our primary focus is London, including Central London and the surrounding boroughs. Security assignments outside London may be considered depending on staffing, travel and operational requirements.
Can you provide security for small businesses?
Yes. Our service model is designed to accommodate smaller assignments as well as larger contracts, including individual security officers, short shifts, weekend coverage and tailored guarding arrangements.
Can security services be tailored to our premises?
Yes. We aim to develop a site-specific security plan based on the property’s risks, operating hours, visitor activity, access requirements and client expectations.
Luxury Hotels & Residential
Does Aurelia Security specialise in luxury hotels?
Luxury hospitality is a key sector for Aurelia Security. Our service approach combines security awareness with professional presentation, guest privacy, discretion and the customer-service standards expected in premium hotels.
Can your security officers work alongside hotel concierge and reception teams?
Yes. Security duties can be structured to complement reception, concierge, guest relations and hotel management, with clear responsibilities for access control, visitor assistance, incident reporting and escalation.
Do you provide residential and apartment building security?
Yes. Residential duties may include monitoring entrances, managing authorised visitor access, conducting agreed patrols, recording incidents and liaising with property management.
Can your officers provide front-of-house security?
Yes, where suitable personnel and arrangements are available. Front-of-house security combines a welcoming professional presence with access control, observation, incident escalation and protection of people and property.
Security Protocols & Standards
Are Aurelia Security officers SIA licensed?
For assignments requiring a Security Industry Authority licence, our policy is to deploy appropriately licensed personnel and verify their licence status before assignment. Clients are welcome to request confirmation of relevant licences before a contract begins.
How does Aurelia Security assess security risks?
Our process begins with a review of the premises, entry and exit points, visitor movements, operating hours, known vulnerabilities and emergency procedures. Findings inform a site-specific assignment brief and recommended controls.
How are incidents handled and reported?
Officers are expected to prioritise immediate safety, follow agreed escalation procedures, contact emergency services when required, preserve relevant information where lawful and complete accurate incident reports. Significant incidents are promptly escalated to the designated client contact.
How does Aurelia Security protect confidential information?
Our standards include restricting access to client information, maintaining professional confidentiality and using secure reporting procedures. Personal information is handled in accordance with applicable UK data protection requirements and agreed contractual responsibilities.
Do security officers carry out regular patrols?
Patrol duties can be incorporated into an assignment where appropriate. Patrol frequency, routes, checkpoints and reporting requirements are agreed with the client based on the site’s security needs.
What happens during a fire or medical emergency?
Security officers follow the site’s approved emergency procedures, raise the alarm, summon emergency assistance and support evacuation or access arrangements within their training and responsibilities. Security staff do not replace emergency services or qualified medical professionals.
Contracts, Weekend Cover & Pricing
Can Aurelia Security provide Saturday and Sunday security only?
Yes. Weekend-only guarding is one of our service options, particularly for offices, residential buildings, hotels, commercial premises and properties requiring additional security outside normal weekday hours.
Do you offer temporary or short-term security contracts?
We aim to accommodate short-term assignments, temporary cover, special events and ongoing contracts, subject to personnel availability, site requirements and commercial agreement.
Can clients request a single security officer?
Yes. Single-officer assignments can be considered following an assessment of site risks, lone-working arrangements, duties and operational suitability.
How much do Aurelia Security services cost?
Pricing depends on the type of premises, number of officers, hours of coverage, duties, location, licensing requirements and contract duration. We provide individually prepared quotations rather than a single rate for every assignment.
Can we request additional officers or change our security schedule?
Clients may request changes to staffing or operating hours. Changes are subject to availability, risk assessment and any agreed contractual notice or pricing arrangements.
